Applicants should attach a copy of his/her AKC Breeder Toolkit Report which clearly shows his/her name as breeder and includes titles, included with the HOF application and list of qualifying dogs. Complete instructions are on the HOF application.

HALL OF FAME EXCELLENT (HOFX)

10 CH 10 obedience/rally titles (at least 3 CDX or above) 

10 agility titles (only 1 agility title/dog; at least 3 OA/OAJ or above) 

10 herding titles (only 1 title/dog) 5 performance championships (MACH, OTCH, HC, CT, RACH)
