After a week of competing in all the venues, the winner of the Janet Larson Versatility Award had an overall terrific week. After qualifying in all of her herding runs (and placing 7 of 8 times, including a reserve HIT) and 2 run offs for 1st place in Novice B, Jeannie Dennard and her young dog Redtop Sidekick HXAs (Kicks) took home the honor of being named most versatile. Jeannie and Kicks also qualified (and placed) in Novice agility at their first trial).

There was a 3-way tie for runner up -- Catherine Hadley & Aurora CDX RAE HSAs, Laura Kincaid & DC Oelamp's Remembrance MX MXJ XF (Remee), and Janis Mayr & "Piper" - "V" Applegarth's Wandering Minstrel CD, RE, AX, AXJ, XF, PT.

Jeannie topped off her great week with a win at the Obedience Invitational, earning the title of BCSA Obedience Dog of the Year, too.

Congratulations to the winners and to all the competitors.
