Out of State Exhibitors: Exhibitors from outside
Wisconsin must comply with the following regulations: Wisconsin Dept. of
Agriculture Rule Enacted in 1954 - No person shall import a dog over 6
months of age into this state unless it is accompanied by an interstate
health certificate including thereon a vaccination for rabies, etc. Such
vaccination shall be conducted not more than 12 months prior to entry.
Provided that when chick embryo vaccination is used, such vaccination shall
be conducted not more than 36 months prior to entry. An interstate health
certificate shall be executed by a veterinarian of the state of origin
showing animals identified thereon have been inspected & no infectious
diseases disclosed & to include a rabies report.No crates or grooming allowed under show tents at
ringside. No crates are allowed to remain in the ring area or on surrounding
grass areas overnight.

No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted
inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is
conducted.

Crating space will be available on a first come,
first served basis.

The Show Committee reserves the right to remove
any roped-off areas and allocate crate and grooming space, if necessary.

An Event Committee hearing may be held for any
hotel complaint including failure to clean up after your dog & destruction of
hotel property.

All rights to advertise, photograph, promote or
otherwise exploit the event are vested in the show-giving club. All persons &
animals on the show grounds at any time while the shows are in progress do, by
attending these shows, grant to the clubs the right to photograph, televise,
videotape, audio tape or otherwise use their likeness & voice in any manner
without further release or consent.

Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging
and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for
judging. Neither the club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or
obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of
Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class.
Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the
judging rings.

Exhibitors & handlers will be held responsible for
clean conditions in & around their crates. Please keep dogs on leashes at all
times on the show grounds & at the motels.

The Clubs, their members, Executive Boards,
Superintendent and Purina will use due care & diligence for the welfare of
dogs & exhibitors; but as such will not be liable for any loss, damage or
injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property
and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. All persons
attending these dog shows hereby waive any claim for damages against the
Border Collie Society Of America or Purina Farms or its members or employees
in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating
or suffocation due to improper ventilation.

No one is permitted anywhere that is marked
“Employees Only” and/or “No Admittance”. These are feeding research-controlled
areas, which are separate divisions of Purina and are not part of the show
grounds. Any violations may result in the end of all dog events at Purina’s
beautiful facility. Purina and the bench show committee may deal with
violators.

Please observe the marked “Exercise Area” and “No
Dogs” areas around the hotel grounds and the show site.
Handlers are expected to clean up promptly after their dogs.

Pooper-scoopers and refuse cans will be provided
both at the Headquarters Hotel and the show site.
