The
2009 BCSA Specialty Banquet will be held at the Comfort Suites Hotel. The
Cash Bar will be available at 6:30 pm -- Sit Down Dinner starts at 7:00 pm
Entree choices include:

Beef Wellington: Six oz. of beef tenderloin
filet topped with homemade duxelles enclosed in a puff pastry $30.00

California Wellington: grilled chicken breast
stuffed with cheese and spinach, wrapped in a puff pastry, served with
garlic/basil cream sauce $25.00

Pasta Primavera: An array of seasonal vegetables
tossed with fresh made pasta and garlic and basil $20.00

All entrees include fresh
garden salad, homemade rolls, chef’s choice of seasonal vegetables and
starch PLUS the Dessert Buffet, Chef’s choice of Pastry, cookies,
brownies, cakes and pies
